GA+Mead+Street+-+Grant+Park++++30315 Description:
This home is available through our Path to Home Ownership® Membership.
There is a different kind of confidence that comes with having a home of your own.
It is not just about the walls, the roof, or the number of bedrooms. It is about what home ownership can represent in your life. Your own home gives your family stability. It gives your children a place to grow, a neighborhood to belong to, and memories they will carry for the rest of their lives.
But home ownership can also change how you see yourself and how others see you.
Owning a home can bring a sense of pride, responsibility, and credibility that reaches far beyond your front door. It can strengthen your confidence in personal relationships, help you feel more established in your community, and support the image of someone who is building something meaningful for the future.
In your professional life, home ownership also signals stability, discipline, and forward movement. It tells a story: that you are planting roots, creating a foundation, and taking steps toward long-term success.
That matters.
Because when you feel more secure at home, you often show up stronger everywhere else: as a parent, as a partner, as a professional, as a neighbor, and as a leader in your own life.
The Path to Home Ownership® Membership was created for individuals and families who want that opportunity but may need a more flexible path than traditional bank financing.
Even if your credit is not perfect, even if banks have told you “No”, you still have options.
No Credit? No Problem! Your Income IS Your Credit!
Through the Path to Home Ownership®, our team of Certified Affordable Housing Providers® helps guide members through a unique, multi-option program created to support the American Dream of Home Ownership. Whether you have good credit, fair credit, poor credit, or limited credit history, the program is designed to help identify the path that best fits your current situation and long-term goals. The program may include options for you such as Rent-To-Own or Owner Financing.
Home ownership can mean:
- Greater stability for your family
- More pride in your daily life
- A stronger sense of belonging in your community
- Increased personal confidence
- A more established image personally and professionally
- A foundation for long-term financial growth
- The opportunity to create something meaningful for the next generation
You do not have to wait until everything is perfect to begin.
Your path to home ownership starts where you are today.

How the Path to Home Ownership® Membership Works:
Our membership program is designed for people who may not qualify for a traditional bank loan today due to credit challenges, self-employment income, lack of down payment, past foreclosure, or other financial hurdles but still want a real opportunity to work toward owning a home. Once you join the membership, we review your situation, your income, your goals, and your desired housing needs. From there, we place you on the path that best fits where you are now.
Our program is not one-size-fits-all. Some members may begin as renters, others may qualify for rent-to-own, and others may qualify for owner financing or traditional bank financing purchase options. Our goal is to help you move forward from your current starting point toward long-term home ownership because your family deserves more than temporary housing. When there's a will, we have a way! Join today and we will place you on the path that is best for you!
